FAQs

Here you find some of the most common questions we receive about party rentals in general and our company policies and services. While this is just a partial list, if you don't find the answer to your specific question, please call us at 847-454-5183 and we will be happy to assist you.

No! All of our prices have no hidden fees, only exception would be outside of our listed areas.

No, we always arrive early so you have the full amount of time

Generally we arrive 1-2 hours prior to your party time.  We will usually call you the day prior to confirm. If we need to arrive earlier please understand it's to make it easier on the driver.

We will make sure everything is plugged in and opporating correctly before we leave. PLEASE DONT UNPLUG!  We also ask that an outlet or generator is within 50 feet.

Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit.  All rentals over $500 require a 50% deposit. The deposit is only refundable if it is due to inclimate weather. If you cancel prior to your rental you will be given a credit on your account that is good for 1 year.  Please understand that most weekends almost of all our jumps go out, if we hold it for you we cant rent it to others.

Cash, Zelle, Paypal or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Most of our jumps (all of our theme jumps for example) are 17'x17' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump.  Please allow at least 5FT of space between. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
